• Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Use of Services

SMB provides tools for managing sales, inventory, analytics, and reports. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the business data (sales, inventory, reports, customer details) you input into SMB. We process this data only to provide and improve our services.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Fees are billed according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize SMB to charge your payment method.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may affect service temporarily.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Misusing the platform to store illegal or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt SMB systems.
• Sharing your account in a way that violates licensing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of SMB after changes means you accept the new Terms.
